Office Etiquette for Healing Arts Massage Therapy

• It’s best not to eat a heavy meal before coming in. Allow yourself at least 2 hours to digest.
• If you arrive late, it may result in a shorter session due to scheduling. If you would like to reschedule that appointment, you will be responsible to pay 50% of appointment fee.
• Please be prompt and arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Your therapy time is reserved just for you. We value and respect your time and ours; if you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. We are happy to reschedule your appointment.

In the event you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be responsible for 50% of your schedule fee time.
